Important Information Regarding COVID-19

The team at Crum & Forster Digital Partners is working diligently to manage the impact of the COVID-19 crisis. Our commitment to delivering the service you have come to expect from us continues, even as we move to a primarily work-from-home scenario.

Given the serious yet prudent health safety measures being instituted in our communities at large, we are taking a real-time approach to determining, implementing and communicating solutions for business continuity and protection for everyone. Following are our determinations and actions to date:

  • As of March 15, all business travel has been suspended. We will reevaluate business travel on a weekly basis. If staff elects to travel internationally for personal reasons they may not return to any of our offices until after the observance of a two week quarantine period.
  • Beginning March 16, we have implemented a work-from-home policy for all employees who are able to conduct business remotely and will reevaluate this on a weekly basis. Consequently, our offices and staff are not available for in-person meetings; however they are all available by email, phone, and text. Should you have any in-person meetings scheduled with our team, please expect that we will be reaching out to make other arrangements.

We believe these steps are in the best interest of our associates, business partners and the broader community. Our Crum & Forster Digital Partners operations are fully functioning as usual. We will continue to closely monitor and evaluate the situation along with the CDC’s updates and adjust our guidance and actions accordingly. In the event that you have any questions or inquiries, please forward them to so that we can get them addressed as soon as possible. Please keep yourself and your loved ones safe and healthy during these challenging times. We value our partnership with you and are committed to seeking mutual success no matter what the challenge.
